Seattle Space Needle Info

The Space Needle is located in the heart of the area called Seattle Center, which is also home to several arenas, museums, and restaurants.

The Space Needle observation deck is located at 520 above the street below and offers a stunning panoramic view of downtown, Mt. Ranier and the Cascade range to the East, and the Puget Sound, islands, and the mountains of the Olympic Peninsula to the west.

The Space Needle really offers one of the most breathtaking views you will ever see.

In summer months, the line for the elevators to the observation deck can last an hour or more. To avoid the line, get there in the morning.

Operating hours for the observation deck are: 9AM to Midnight, 7 days a week.

The Sky City restaurant, located below the observation deck, offers lunch from 11AM-3PM, dinner from 5PM-10PM, and weekend brunch from 9AM-3PM. For reservations, call 800.937.9582.

Whether you are in town for business, vacation or for an Alaska cruise, you really can't miss the view from the Space Needle.

Not only is it the region's most recognizable icon, it's also one of the most stunning viewing locations anywhere.
