Denali national Park itself is enormous, covering the same amount of area as the entire state of Massachusetts.

Denali lodging options include:
  • Denali Bluffs Hotel – located on the side of a large hill, with outstanding views of the park and Mt. McKinley. Just a mile from the park entrance. Rates from $199-$279 per night.
  • Denali Crow's Nest Log Cabins – individual log cabin accommodations, near the park's entrance. Rates from $129-$219 per night.
  • Grande Denali Lodge – Located just north of the park entrance, this luxury lodge offers great views from hotel rooms and cabins. Rates from $159-$329 per night.
  • Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge – A wonderful luxury lodge, also just a mile from the park entrance. Operated by the Princess Cruise Line. Rates from $169-$299 per night.
  • Kantishna Roadhouse – A full-service luxury lodge, with both double and quad cabins. Many activities and all meals are included in the price. Rates from $380-$1375 per night.
  • McKinley Chalet Resort – Located a mile north of the entrance to the park. Includes shuttle service throughout the area for just $5 per stay for each adult in the party. Rates from $149-$319 per night.
  • McKinley Village Lodge – Located six miles south of the entrance to the park. Includes great shuttle service throughout the area. Rates from $149-$319 per night.

In addition, there are some great, small bed and breakfasts in the area, starting at under $100 a night, for those looking for a more intimate environment.

Denali lodging options are varied but limited, especially in the summer, so plan well in advance as rooms fill up in the Summer season.
